Isaac is an award-winning national leader, social entrepreneur, and Co-Founder of SignApp Ghana Limited. He brings over a decade of cross-sectoral experience in advancing disability inclusion, social impact, and civic engagement across Ghana and West Africa. Isaac currently serves as the Board Chair of TCR Company Ltd. and as the Director of Inclusion for the Anti-Fraud Initiative of Ghana.

Throughout his career, he has partnered with high-impact institutions including the Local Government of Ghana, Ghana Health Service, the Electoral Commission, Judiciary, USAID (under the Young African Leaders Initiative – YALI), and the U.S. Peace Corps, where he has led numerous national-level training and interpretation programs focused on inclusion and accessibility.

Isaac is a certified expert in human relations and monitoring & evaluation. He is also the founder of the EYE Foundation, a recognized disability-focused NGO dedicated to civic leadership, empowerment, and policy advo
